In 1996, Arlie
completed a four year stint at the Western Regional Center for Drug-Free
Schools and Communities with the prestigious NW Regional Educational Laboratory
in Portland, OR, and the Southwest Regional Laboratory in Los Alamitos,
CA. Following 15+ years of working, training and consulting in the areas
of counseling, youth development, prevention, community building and cultural
diversity, he has now doing consulting on a contract basis.
